How to book an accommodation on your website?

Nothing easier: through the Home Page or directly in the "Rentals" section you can filter and sort the properties we offer.
Once you have chosen the property you want to rent, simply fill in the contact form on the right side of the selected property page.

Then you will receive by email a personalised offer on the chosen accommodation, as soon as possible.

What services are included in the price?

All prices include taxes and costs. This means that city tax, professional cleaning fees and linen are included.

What services are excluded from the price?

Additional housekeeping, additional linen change and late check-in after 20:00 are excluded from the price.

How can I rent out my property on the website?

Again, nothing easier. Just contact us via the "Entrust us your property" section in the Home Page (green section), also available in the "About Us" page of the menu.
We will review your request and provide you with a personalised answer as soon as possible.

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can easily pay via bank transfer or credit card.

How do check-in and check-out work?

Our Connexion Cannes team will be there to welcome you. We will hand you the keys and explain the features of your apartment. We are also available to provide you with information on nearby services, as well as tips and advice to make your stay enjoyable.

Is it possible to change a reservation?

Yes, of course. You can extend your stay if your apartment is available during the requested period.
